Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Cabo Roig with shared pool, perfect for both families and groups of friends who want to stay comfortably – with everything arranged for a social and memorable holiday.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and space for up to 6 guests, as well as 2 bathrooms. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, so you always have a comfortable indoor climate – even on the warmest days.

The outdoor areas are designed to be enjoyed from morning to evening:

The nearby area has a wide range of activities and experiences, with something for every taste. Within 20 minutes' drive you will find several well-known 18-hole golf courses: Villamartin (11 min), Las Ramblas (8 min), Golf Campoamor (10 min) and exclusive Las Colinas Golf (18 min).

There are also many beautiful beaches in the area, several of them with Blue Flag certification, which you can reach in just 5–10 minutes by car. One of our favourites is the cosy beach Cala Capitán. Nearby is the family-run restaurant Chez Felix, perfect for both a simple lunch and tasty dinners.

Would you like to travel by public transport, there is an easy bus to the popular Playa de la Glea.

About 5 minutes away you will find La Zenia Boulevard – the largest shopping centre in the Alicante region. Here you will find all the shops, restaurants and entertainment you could need. The shopping centre is easily accessible by both car and bus.

Here you get a perfect combination of relaxation, activities and authentic Spanish summer life – whether you want to enjoy quiet days by the pool or explore everything the area has to offer.
