Modern newly renovated apartment by the beach, the apartment is bright and well equipped, 2 minutes to the sea, 1.1 km long beach promenade, with its small bars and restaurants.
Here you wake up to the sound of waves and birdsong, fantastic hiking opportunities nearby, both along the beach and up into the mountains, in this little fishing village you find peace and harmony. With the tram you can easily get to both Alicante and Benidorm if you wish

There are many small restaurants, pubs and bars along the beach promenade, with their varied offerings of tapas, paella and everything else you fancy and of course, good drinks too.
There is a peaceful atmosphere by the promenade, if you go up towards the centre, you get more city life.
The tram takes you cheaply to both Alicante and Benidorm, there are many lovely hiking areas in the local area, for those who want it, both easy and more challenging trails.

From Alicante airport, you can take a taxi, costs about 75 euros, and takes 35 minutes, take a bus to the centre of Alicante, then the tram to Villa Yoyosa, get off at the station called Crueta, there are also various bus connections, and all international car rental companies have offices at the airport.
To get around the local area there is bicycle rental, very good terrain here for cyclists, within half an hour's walk you can get to the next town/beach.

La Vila Joiosa, also known as Villajoyosa, is a charming coastal town on the Costa Blanca, perfectly positioned between Alicante and Benidorm. The town is known for its colourful houses along the beach promenade, beautiful beaches and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

Here you will find several lovely beaches and small coves with clear water, including Playa Centro, Playa del Paradís, Playa del Torres and La Caleta. The area is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling and pleasant walks along the coast.

In the town centre you'll find a good selection of restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and shops, as well as a local market where you can experience more of everyday Spanish life. La Vila Joiosa is also known for its long tradition in chocolate production, and several local producers offer visits and tasting experiences.

For larger shopping opportunities and a wider selection of restaurants and entertainment, Benidorm is just a short drive away. Alicante, with its old town, marina, shopping and airport, is also easily accessible.

La Vila Joiosa is an excellent base for combining beach life and relaxation with shopping, restaurants and exciting experiences along the Costa Blanca.

There is a market every Thursday, there is also an indoor market, which closes at 14:00, here you can for example buy fish, have it prepared and sit outside and eat.
