For even more privacy you can enjoy the rooftop solarium – a peaceful place to sunbathe, read or simply enjoy some quiet time overlooking the pool and surrounding area.
Villa Familia offers a modern and comfortable standard throughout. There are three bedrooms, withindividual air conditioning and heating in every bedroom as well as the living room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, complemented by a second full bathroom and an additional WC/Laundry. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Villa Familia is conveniently located in walking distance to Mercadona supermarket, bakery, restaurants and local amenities. The La Siesta park is also a short walk away. Torrevieja town centre is easily reached by bus for shopping, restaurants and the beaches. Guardamar beaches is also located within 10 minutes by car.
