🏡 The cabin is spacious, welcoming and completely renovated to a high standard — an ideal choice for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy mountain experiences in all seasons. This cottage has in a short time managed to become a real guest favorite, thanks to its combination of comfort, location and atmosphere. With its 150 m² spread over five bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen and two separate toilets, the cottage offers comfort for up to 11 guests. 🌬️ The location is peaceful and secluded, with stunning views over towards Kikat. It is located only 900 meters from the hill in Havsdalen, and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way down to the hut. A ski bus stops at Bardøla Hotell, just 1 km away.

🛫 For guests arriving by plane, we recommend Oslo Airport as the arrival airport. From here it is possible to rent a car and drive to Geilo (about 3.5 hours drive). In winter, it is recommended to rent a 4x4 vehicle due to demanding driving conditions in the mountains.

- Rallarvegen from Haugastøl to Flåm — a spectacular bike ride through the mountain to the fjord. The train runs daily and easily takes you back to Haugastøl after the trip.
- Fishing on Hardangervidda and Ustedalsfjorden (fishing license required)
- Day trip to Langedrag Family park with animals, nature and activities
- Rafting, river boarding, canyoning and go-karting in Dagali (30 min drive)

Welcome to Revehiet – a beautiful and well-designed cabin full of charm, comfort, and spectacular views of Hallingskarvet and Geilo. Relax on the sofa and take in the breathtaking mountain scenery, or enjoy the peace and quiet on the spacious south- and west-facing terrace. Partially covered and equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, the terrace is perfect for both your morning coffee and evening sun.

The cabin is peacefully and family-friendly located in an established cabin area at Kikut, just 6 km from Geilo town center. You’ll have easy access to alpine slopes, cross-country trails, and popular hiking areas. Within a 5–10 minute drive, you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, a swimming complex, summer park, and train station. Kikutbakken is only 1.5 km away, and the nearest restaurant – Kikut Bistro – is a short walk from the cabin.

Revehiet is bright, airy, and tastefully furnished, offering a high standard and modern amenities. The 235 m² cabin is spread over several levels and features 5 comfortable bedrooms with space for up to 11 guests. It includes two bathrooms, a sauna, guest toilet, laundry room, and a cozy TV lounge upstairs. The garage has direct access to the home, and there is ample parking both indoors and outdoors.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator (freezer in the basement), dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils and tableware. You'll also find a quality blender for your smoothies and a coffee machine for lazy mornings. We make your stay extra comfortable – all beds are made up before arrival, and fridge stocking is available as an optional service. High-quality shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap are provided, along with toilet paper, as well as pantry basics like coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, dishwasher pods, and dish soap.
